Codest pioneered the utilisation of advanced building technologies such as structural waterproofing of basements, structural seismic isolators, high-resistance concrete and the development of top-down building techniques, whereby underground and above-ground structures are built concurrently to reduce construction time.

Codest has obtained in its name all relevant certifications from Russian authorities.
